Semester Has Begun…Now What?

August 30–September 5

Get settled, learn the campus, meet people, attend your first events,
and begin discovering what your UConn experience can look like.

This Week's Focus

Welcome to your first week at UConn! The semester is officially underway, and this week is all about getting settled, meeting people, learning your way around campus, and taking advantage of the many opportunities available to you. You don't have to do everything—but challenge yourself to do something.

02

Meet Someone

Introduce yourself to someone new in class, your residence area, or an event.

03

Try Something

Attend one event or campus experience that sounds interesting to you.
